We will discuss how they can be applied to modern day life in the areas of cooking, digestion, skincare, movement, breath work and routines to establish a radiant harmony with the world and rhythms around us. Our Wednesday Wellness Series is part of the Pantry Patreon Program bringing free events, workshops and talks to the local community.
